As the former CEO of Onyx Management Services, LeRoy built OMS into the premier independent management company on the east coast. He promoted major showcases at world renowned venues such as Babalu’s, The China Club, The Copacabana, The Latin Quarter and many others. He also executive produced multiple CD projects including "The Bronx Is Back", "Gutta's Revenge", "Costa Nostra: The Official Mob" and the mix tape series "The Movement" and "Heat For The Streets".

He guided artists such as Costa Nostra, Tha Council and Winna/Lose to successful careers in the music industry. He has worked with many established artists, producers and industry executives and is well known and respected in the industry.

He is best known for Executive Producing the soundtrack to the Novel “Dirty Game” by Shannon Holmes. As manager for Shannon Holmes, he is the first music executive to merge Hip Hop and Urban Literature.

In addition to his Role as CEO of Hydra Management Services, LeRoy is also a partner and CEO of Real To Reel Film Productions with Shannon Holmes. Shannon who is the author of the best selling novels “B More Careful”, “Bad Girlz” and “Never Go Home Again” is involved with both companies and together they are about to make history by taking these novels to the big screen and providing the soundtrack and music for these projects.
